Mindfulness is a way of being. A way of noticing what’s happening, whilst it’s happening, no matter what. A present moment awareness of mind.

Compassion based mindfulness, the way of being I practice and share, is to turn toward this present moment awareness with an attitude of warmth and kindness.

I offer compassion based mindfulness teaching, training, coaching and support services on a freelance basis.

8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC)

The next Mindfulness Based Living Course begins on the 4th May.

10 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course for Young Adults

Based on the Adult MBLC this course is designed for 11-18 year old. It can be offered in a classroom, with small groups or on a one to one basis for 1 hour a week, over 10 weeks.
