Mindfulness is a way of being. A way of noticing what’s happening, whilst it’s happening, no matter what. A present moment awareness of mind.

Compassion based mindfulness, and the way of being I practice and share: is to turn toward this present moment awareness with an attitude of warmth and kindness.

8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course:
10 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course for Young Adults

Based on the Adult MBLC this course is designed for 11-18 year old. It can be offered in a classroom, with small groups or on a one to one basis for 1 hour a week, over 10 weeks.
