Mindfulness Based Living Course
Maria offers an 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course, a foundational Mindfulness Course, accredited by the Mindfulness Association, where she is a teacher member.
Mindfulness Based Living Course for Young Adults.
Based on the Adult MBLC this course is designed for 11-18 year old. Maria has shared this course in a classroom environment, in online groups, and on a-one-to one basis in person and online. It is usually offered for 1 hour a week, over 10 weeks.
